Every class at k2o is guided by a coach from warm-up to cool-down. Nobody's stuck in the corner figuring it out alone. Every movement gets scaled to fit where you are right now, whether you're brand new, working around an injury, or already strong.
On top of coached classes, members can get 24/7 keyfob access to the gym. Train on your schedule — early mornings, late nights, weekends, whenever the gym is empty. Most members use both: classes for the coaching, open gym for the days that don't fit a class slot.

While on your fitness/health journey, where else can you have a coach with you 100% of the time in a class workout. They watch your form so you are doing things properly and safely. Have an injury - no problem! The attention to detail to modify movements is so reassuring so you are able to still workout but with what works best for you! The classes are structured no planning on what to do at the gym. You get a great all round workout involving cardio and weights ( got to keep that muscle tone). How much does CrossFit cost in Esterhazy?
Memberships at CrossFit k2o start at $50 biweekly for 6 classes per month and go up to $80 biweekly for unlimited classes. Personal training starts at $112 biweekly and up, depending on session length. Every membership has the option to include 24/7 keyfob access to the gym.
What's the difference between CrossFit and other gyms in Esterhazy?
At other gyms in town you get a keycard and an empty room. At CrossFit k2o you get a coached class — every workout guided from start to finish, with movements scaled to your level. You walk out knowing what you did and why. You can still get 24/7 keyfob access for solo training between classes if you want that option too.
Do I need to be experienced to start CrossFit?
Not at all! Most members started with zero CrossFit background. Every class is led by a coach who walks you through the day's movements and scales each one to fit your starting point. By your second class you'll be working at the right level for you.
Is CrossFit safe and approachable for someone over 50?
Yes — and a lot of our members are. Coached classes mean a real coach watches your form and adjusts movements around any limitations (knee, back, shoulder, whatever). Several of our regulars are in their 50s and 60s and beyond and are stronger now than they were in their 30s.
I've seen CrossFit videos on YouTube — do you do crazy stuff like that?
Honestly? No. The viral videos you've seen are usually elite athletes at the CrossFit Games doing things 99% of CrossFitters can't do either. A typical class at k2o is more like: warm-up, learn or refine a movement, do a workout you can actually finish, high-five, head home. More squats and pushups (don't worry, we can adjust those for you too!) than handstand walks. You won't find any of our coaches asking anyone to do a muscle-up on day one.
