More Than Just a Gym

You’re never left to figure things out on your own. Every workout is guided by a coach and adjusted to work for you — your body, your experience level, and where you’re at right now. Injuries, limitations, or time away from fitness don’t mean you can’t train. We scale movements and find options that keep you moving safely and confidently.
What we see most is confidence growing. People who once felt intimidated start doing things they never thought they could and wonder why they were ever scared to begin with. Our community includes all ages and fitness levels, training together and supporting each other along the way.

I started with CrossFit k2o over a year and a half ago. Instantly I was hooked! Everyone is so supportive and wants to help you succeed! It’s a community like no other and quickly these people become your gym family! I would recommend any one of any age to try CrossFit. It’s literally for everyone!

While on your fitness/health journey, where else can you have a coach with you 100% of the time in a class workout. They watch your form so you are doing things properly and safely. Have an injury - no problem! The attention to detail to modify movements is so reassuring so you are able to still workout but with what works best for you! The classes are structured no planning on what to do at the gym. You get a great all round workout involving cardio and weights ( got to keep that muscle tone). Loving my K20 journey with a team of talented coaches and great class mates.
